It's very important to inform your customer by changing statuses. Skipping or ignoring any step may lead to cancellation and additional fees.

Simply swipe right when it's time to change your status:

  1. SELF-CERTIFICATIONS - 3 hours before every booking;

  2. I AM ON MY WAY - 2 hours before every booking or less;

Slide immediately when ready to go.

Travel responsibly. If you’re more than 15 minutes late and the customer decides to cancel, it will count as a failure to arrive.

3. I'VE ARRIVED - your location should match your booking location;

4. I'VE STARTED CLEANING - booking time starts now, follow cleaning checklist and notes;

5. I AM FINISHING - Before you leave (check the items you've completed).

If a customer is home, it's always a good manner to ask them if you've done with all of their requests.

6. I AM DONE - leave a review, rate a customer, get paid.
