As you have all heard from Done by now, we have taken all the necessary actions to make sure our cleaning procedures and policies fall in line with World Health Organization guidelines.

Starting from today, March 17th, Done requires that all service providers use EPA approved cleaning agents to combat Coronavirus and viruses considered more difficult to kill than COVID-19.
Here are some of the registered disinfectants on the EPA’s list:

  1. Clorox

  2. Lysol

  3. Dettol

  4. Purell

  5. Green Key

  6. Ecolab

  7. METHOD ANTIBAC

All EPA-registered products must have an EPA registration number (EPA Reg. No.). The EPA Reg. No. of a product can be more useful than its brand name for identifying the EPA-registered product.

Some of these products might be not available or prices might be higher than usual.

That's why Done will reimburse you up to 50% of the item price

To qualify in reimbursement, a service provider should:

  1. Find the EPA approved products or see the full list here before going to buy them;

  2. Take a picture of your full receipt with the price from pharmacy or grocery store (the name of the item must be visible and readable);

  3. Take a picture of the item you've bought;

  4. Take the third picture of the EPA registration number (EPA Reg. No.) on your item.

  5. Send these 3 pictures using the support chat before starting the job.

Please note: the receipt must have the visible date and time of purchase which is the same as your cleaning date appointment.

Any other cleaning products and supplies included in your receipt are not eligible for reimbursement.

Use the support chat for any questions.
