How it works

1. Select a job in your area:

If someone in need of your help, read details of a job and claim it.
We strongly recommend that you do not take a job if it's located more than 5 miles from you, or if it takes more than 30 minutes get to there by public transportation.
Avoid public transportation if possible and use a car, bicycle and other.

2. Contact with a customer immediately:

When a job is taken, please contact with your customer right away to discuss all the details and manner of the future task: how long it might take, money handling if shopping, where to pick up and where to drop off.
Once both of you are agreed with the time, conditions and personal requests, prepare yourself to leave a home.

3. Track a task

Let your customer know when you're on the way, when arrived or started a task using the location tracker tool in the Done. Provider app. Stay in touch with your customers and don't hesitate to call them anytime you have a question.

Get paid weekly for completed tasks.

Please note: Personal Helper is in the early stages of  service: Done. does not guarantee the minimum amount of jobs available for Service Provider in the area.
