What should I prepare for the interview?
As a company of experienced cleaners, new candidates should prove their paid (3-month minimum) Home cleaning experience, hotel cleaning or Airbnb cleaning experience, such as, but not limited to:
Bank statement deposits,
Letter from employer,
Clients reviews when you freelance or do business, or
OR Professional References:
Individuals who can provide a professional reference for a job include previous employers, managers, colleagues, clients when you freelance or do business (It all depends on the nature of the relationship, whether it is long or short-term), business contacts, college instructors, and others who know your workplace skills and are willing to recommend you.
Also, bring a copy of your reference list to the interview (please note that screenshots/photos from your phone, flash drives, or any kind of verbal reference are not the evidence of your paid home cleaning experience).
Job applications without the proofs of the cleaning experience wouldn't be approved.
