To ensure that the Done Platform remains a reliable source of referrals, Service Provider agrees to maintain a Service Requester rating at or above the minimum rating established by Done for access to the Done Platform, as modified from time to time. In the event a Service Provider's aggregate rating falls below the applicable minimum rating (4.0), Done reserves the right to deactivate the Service Provider's access to the Done Platform.
