The safety of all Service Providers is deeply important to us.
If you feel unsafe at any point, explain to the customer that you don't feel comfortable and end the booking. Then, let us know about it here, and we'll follow-up with you right away. If you ever feel that you are in danger, please contact law enforcement immediately. If you felt threatened by a customer or if a customer was physical with you in any way, let us know immediately. To report customers behavior that you felt was rude or unpleasant, but was not unsafe, select "My customer was rude" in the feedback options at the end of the booking.
