Please note that while there is an insurance policy in place to protect you from being liable for damage to customers’ property, the Done platform does not include accidental injury insurance. As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for benefits, unemployment or workers' compensation, so we recommend that you sign up for a health insurance plan for your own protection. If you feel that you are in danger, please leave the premises and contact your local police, if necessary. If you are injured, please get in touch with emergency services. Once everything is settled, please contact the Done team so we can learn more about the situation.
