Lateness and Punctuality

Punctuality is always appreciated by customers. If you’re running late, we recommend contacting your customer and updating them of your status. If the customer decides to cancel after you've updated your arrival time, you won't be paid for a booked job.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late and the customer decides to cancel, it will count as a failure to arrive.
