I need to cancel my job

Done reserves the right to deactivate the Service Provider's access to the Done Platform in the event that Service Provider cancels two (2) or more Jobs he or she has booked on less than 12 hours notice prior to the applicable Job start time within any twenty-eight (28) day period.
To cancel your upcoming cleaning:

  1. Select "My Jobs" section of the menu in your Done. Service Provider app;

  2. Select "Upcoming" orders;

  3. Tap on the cleaning that you want to cancel and scroll to the bottom;

  4. Tap "Decline".

Please tell us why would you like to cancel this job or visit Help Center.
Note: unreasonable cancellation of orders negatively impacts your rating and you might incur a fee.
